By entering into this coaching agreement, I consent to the use of any feedback, testimonials, or experiences I provide for promotional purposes and to encourage others. My identity will be kept confidential unless I explicitly grant permission for its use. My feedback and experiences may be used in various forms of materials, including but not limited to, website content, social media posts, Government reporting and promotional materials. If I have any concerns or wish to restrict the use of my feedback, I will communicate my preferences in writing to [email protected]
