An affiliate is simply someone who gets paid for promoting and sharing on our behalf, usually because they love the product and want to share it.

It's a way that we can thank our customers who refer people back to us. 

If you love the program, you are going to want to share and as a thank you, we have created an affiliate for our main products: Monthly Bronze, Silver and Gold. All you have to do is share the link you find on your Affiliate page with friends and if they click on any of the links and purchase, you get 30% of their purchase back as a thank you for each month they remain on their package.

The affiliate program has been created as a way to say thank you for referring people to our program.

Commission structure: The thank you of 10% on purchases of monthly Bronze, Silver or Gold or specially marketed affiliate enrolled packages comes with a 10% commission. This is paid monthly, on the 15th of the month for the previous month.

The commission is only earned on direct referrals, if they come through the booking system and have a call to discuss their options, we reserve the right to reduce the commission to a once-off finders fee between £30 and £100.

Promotional guideline: You are welcome to share our generated media and posts, or personal messages, but all created media needs to be approved by the team before being shared. This can be done by contacting [email protected]. 

Termination: we reserve the right to cancel any affiliate agreement where the affiliate does not comply with the vision and values held by the company.

Visions and values: our vision and values are aligned with honour and respect, we encourage inclusion and treating one another with respect and kindness.

Prohibited online activity: Please note that any activity involving bullying, coercion, taking part or encouraging illegal action is prohibited.

Sharing your opinion as the opinion of the company is not acceptable.

In brief, we ask that, while promoting the company, you act in a manner that represents yourself and the company well.

Indemnity: you agree to indemnify the business from potential liability if you are sued or otherwise held responsible for damages resulting from your promotion of the business. Furthermore, you accept that the company has no financial obligation to pay you for purchases that are withdrawn or refunded following sign-up.

Disagreements and disputes: we endeavor to settle any disagreements and disputes as fairly as possible. We request that you contact us in the first instance, should you have any issues.

Limit of liability: the company shall only be liable for the amount of commission listed above as being 10% of any confirmed purchases which are not reversed, canceled, or refunded, up to a maximum of £500.

Troubleshooting: our affiliate program relies on a third-party provider, should an issue arise with the amount of commission or payment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can attempt to rectify the situation.

Additions and changes: we reserve the right to change to update these terms without prior warning. We will endeavor to alert you to any changes, however, it remains your responsibility to update us of any changes to your contact details and to check the website for changes.
